At Heathcote Bakery, we take pride in the quality and freshness of every item we bake. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. 

However, if your order arrives defective or damaged, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately with details and, if possible, photos of the defective product. Our team will assess the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
