What types of cookies do you offer?

We offer classic chocolate chip, chipless and cookie crumbles. Our cookies are thin, with a crispy edge and soft center. We will be adding additional varieties in the coming months, so check back soon! 

How long will it take to get my order

We bake and ship nationally Monday - Wednesday, and Thursdays for local orders. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, and orders placed on Wednesday- Friday won’t be processed until the following week. We are a (very) small team and work as quickly as possible to fulfill orders. All orders are shipped using UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Ground (1-2 business days), depending on location. Once a tracking number has been generated you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days.

Why do some of the cookies in my pack have a straight side? 

Because I am a deeply imperfect person! Every cookie is hand-scooped, and sometimes I misjudge the spacing on the tray. They are just as delicious as their well-spaced siblings. 

Are your cookies made from scratch?

Yes! All of our cookies are made to order, by hand, daily using premium ingredients.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes,  for any custom orders, please email submit your request through our Holiday Order Form or our Corporate Gifting and Events Order Form and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Do you offer gift boxes or gift wrapping?

All of our orders arrive beautifully packaged in white gift boxes with a twine bow.

How long are the cookies fresh for?

We do not keep any inventory, nor do we use any preservatives to extend shelf life- every batch is baked fresh and shipped the same day to ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible, and we suggest consuming them within 5 days of receiving them. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 1 month. Just let them thaw before enjoying!

Are there allergens in the cookies?

Our cookies are nut and soy-free but do include wheat, milk, and eggs.  We also produce our cookies using shared equipment so other allergens may be present.

What if I have a problem with my order?

We’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our customer service team right away at orders@heathcotebakery.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

What if I need cookies by a certain date?

Please email us at orders@heathcotebakery.com. Though it is not guaranteed, we will do our best to fulfill your needs.
