Shipping & Return Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We bake and ship orders Monday through Wednesday, with Thursday reserved for local deliveries.

All orders are baked and fulfilled in the order they are received. Your order will be scheduled for baking within 3–7 days of purchase.

Orders ship via UPS 2–3 Day Express and typically arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

Once a tracking number has been generated, orders can no longer be modified or canceled.

All Heathcote Bakery cookies are baked to order and shipped the same day. We do not use preservatives or enzymes to extend shelf life, so we recommend ordering for a time when you’ll be home to enjoy them at their freshest.

Because our cookies are hand-scooped and baked in small batches, slight variations in size and shape are a natural part of the process—and part of their charm.

RETURNS

Because our cookies are freshly baked food items, Heathcote Bakery is unable to accept returns. That said, your happiness matters to us. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at orders@heathcotebakery.com, and we’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.
