Shipping & Order Processing

• Heathcote Bakery cookies are baked in small batches. We bake and ship Monday-Wedneday, and Thursday for local delivery.
• All orders are shipped using UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Ground (1-2 business days) depending on your location.
• Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order. 

Guaranteed Freshness

All of our cookies are made and baked to order and shipped the same day using either next day or or two-day shipping. We do NOT use any preservatives or enzymes to extend shelf life so please be sure to order cookies when you know you’ll be home to enjoy them upon delivery. As all of our cookies are made / scooped by hand, there may be slight variations in cookie size or shape. 

Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, Heathcote Bakery does not accept returns.
• If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@heathcotebakery.com with photos description of the issue
